In this ceremony His Excellency Duong Leang The rector of Asia Euro University started that “this our thirds great honor that Samdech Prime Minister Hun Sen Presence to encourage and gave good recommendation to graduated students and also to the students who are learning at Asia Euro University.” His Excellency Said, “In order to follow the advice of the government to strengthen the quality of training, Asia Euro University had reformed the management structure, curriculum, lecture enforcement, and the establishment of own building which has 5 stories, 50 rooms that was formally inaugurated on the Dec 31, 2006 under the Chairmanship His Excellency Sean Borath, The advisor of Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen the Prime Minister of Cambodia, and the board of Asia Euro University. Recently, the university in founding a new Building which has 6 stories, 27 rooms equipped with adequate materials and also cooperate with other national and international faculty in order to exchange experiences with the development of the world and obey the objectives of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports, the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia. Eventually, Asia Euro University had received the Certificate Accreditation for 3 years from this Committee”

During his presence Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen expressed his admiration to dramatic development Asia Euro University with the majority of students. He also appreciated the graduated students who tried their best in learning. The students’ efforts added with the guidance from the lecturers, teachers, and especially the parents and family that gave chances to them to get access to education.

Samdech emphasized that the cognitive area, locomotors area do not come from mature such as the injection to become intelligent. This is the efforts of the students. The lectures, teachers are only her to give heat to the eggs to hatch but it hatches or not depends on the eggs. Also, the study, the lecturers only transfer the knowledge and the student could get it based on the efforts. So each final examination the students themselves and parents are always proud and enjoy. This is because of the state’s scholarship is limited. The Royal government decides to provide chance to private sector to developed from kindergarten, primary, secondary until higher education that are raising dramatically in Phnom Penh and many provinces in order to cut down transport of students to Phnom Penh and also to reduce the gap between parents and students. And the standard of education is not different. So what I suggest is not much and it is not impossible.

Samdech Prime Minister started that “I suggest the graduated students or they are studying or they find the job, please do good things. The main point is here. What I suggest is the capacity that everyone could do. Bad things are harder to do than good things but some people do bad things.” Samdech emphasized that “the development of the country depends on the human resource but also the morality of different individuals.”

In this enjoyable chance Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen Sponsored 1919 graduated students 20,000 Riel; the staff, the lecturers 30,000 Riel each; 3 million Riel to Asia Euro University; and 2 million Riel to National Institute of Education.
